Live out Nanny (educationally focused), Mayfair, ASAP start
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an educationally focused Nanny to care for their daughter, who is 5 years old. She goes to reception and is a bright and active little girl who loves swimming and ballet.
The household is fully staffed, so no laundry or cooking will be required, but a muck-in attitude would be appreciated.
The family is looking for someone qualified, ideally with a teaching background so the candidate can grow with the role and grow with the child as she gets older and requires more educational help. The ideal candidate will be kind, generous, loving, and supportive, but will manage to provide a certain discipline and structure to the child's education. A mentor who can guide the child emotionally and educationally would be a perfect fit.
An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.
Duties:
- School pickups
- Supporting the child’s education
- Finding opportunities for learning on the go
- Helping with homework
- School admin and liaising with teachers
- Taking the child to afterschool activities
- Playing with the child outdoors
- Travelling with the family (bedroom shared with the child)
Salary: DOE - please mention your expectation upon application
Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 43,5h/week
- Monday to Friday: 2pm to 8.30pm
- Saturday: 9am to 8pm
- When travelling: 24/7
Driving: not required
Travel: yes, during most school holidays
Language: English essential, French or Spanish bonus
