Live out Nanny Job, Hampstead, December/January start
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a nanny for their son, who will be almost 5 years old when the role starts. The family will welcome a second child in December as well, and the mother plans to be on maternity leave for a year. Someone confident with both sole charge and shared care is essential.
The family would like for the successful candidate to ideally start in December for a few afternoons a week in order to ease the transition for the boy, before moving to full-time in January 2027. They are happy to pay a full-time salary from the start if needed.
The ideal candidate will be active and energetic – the boy loves the outdoors – but also creative and proactive. The family is looking for someone engaging who will genuinely enjoy playing with the children and building relationships with them.
Duties:
- All nursery duties
- School runs for the eldest
- Cooking for the children
- Organising activities and playgroups
- Playing and reading with the children
- Light housekeeping related to the children
A DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service is essential.
Salary: £20 to £25 gross per hour (£52,000 to £65,000 GPA), DOE
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 6pm
Driving: not required
Language: English essential, German strong bonus
Travel: occasionally
