Live out Nanny Job, Wimbledon, ASAP start

A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live out Nanny to care for their daughter, who is six weeks old (as of beginning October). There is an older sibling in the household, aged 4 years, but she is cared for by her own nanny. The role will be very much focused on the baby.

Both parents are on leave at the moment, so the successful candidate will need to be happy with shared care. The role will evolve over time and be sole charge once both parents are back to work.

The family is looking for someone trustworthy, adaptable, and flexible, with a calm approach and strong communication skills. The role will be a partnership between the parents and the nanny.

Experience with newborns is essential, as well as a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.

Duties:

  • All nursery duties

  • Implementing routines

  • Sterilising bottles and equipment

  • Feeding bottles

  • Introducing to solids when the time comes and cooking meals for the baby

  • Advising parents without pushing own views

  • Age-appropriate activities and stimulation

  • Supporting milestones

  • Baby’s laundry and tidy up

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 GPA
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 6pm
Driving: bonus but not essential
Language: English essential
Travel: unlikely
