Our client is looking for a Marketing, Digital & Social Media Executive ready to take on an exciting new role in South London. You will be responsible for all Marketing, Digital and Social Media activities at our company, ensuring that our brand is uniquely represented within the luxury market sector through engaging content and exciting campaigns.


About the Role:

  • Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns in accordance to a strategy and budget set by the directors

  • Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records

  • Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting

  • Contribute to venue tenders with marketing content and document branding

  • Produce high quality branded documents for external communications (pitches, presentations, tenders, look-books, menus) and internal communication (intranet, invitations, menus)

  • Coordinate the day-to-day of our company’s PR agency account, providing necessary content to support PR campaigns

  • Coordinate professional photoshoots

  • Coordinate promotional events

  • Oversee external design agencies as required, ensuring their work meets company requirements and is within the agreed budget

  • Partner closely with the company’s accredited venues to create joint venture campaigns and share material

  • Coordinate corporate gifting

  • Coordinate database new/existing clients




The Ideal Candidate:




  • Be able to strategize, plan, develop and implement digital marketing and social media campaigns

  • Must have relevant experience in a similar marketing environment

  • Be able to manage and maintain the company website, continually updating and improving and ensure maximum website traffic flow, providing regular internal reports

  • Write copy and create content for e-marketing campaigns

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing and social media, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

  • Work on printed material to supplement online platforms

  • Write and optimize content for social networking accounts, increasing followers and improving engagement

  • To project the company image always and ensure key standards are upheld across the team

  • Be willing to attend events, product launches, social events, training and meetings as required

  • Excellent broad knowledge of digital channels as well as across the full marketing mix

  • Experience of developing and implementing integrated multi-media marketing and communications campaigns

  • Strong hands-on experience executing email campaigns

  • Excellent content writing skills to drive engagement

  • Knowledge of database and analytics

  • Able to deliver simple and engaging messaging

  • Proactive relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders

  • IT proficient, MS office packages essential and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Impeccable use of English, both written and verbal

  • Use initiative to define own tasks and to work with minimum supervision

  • Self-motivated, disciplined and organized

  • Strong work ethic with ability to meet deadlines




Regular catch-ups with management, and twice-yearly appraisals

Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
