A Corporate client of Greycoat Lumleys have a Monday - Friday Sous Chef position available for a hard working good quality chef. The Sous Chef role is vital in the overall success of the kitchen team so we are looking for a Sous Chef who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience.  The Sous Chef role will be varied within this small but high end unit. There are 800 employees onsite and you will be working in small team.  You will be serving breakfast daily which will range 300 to 500 covers. You will also be serving lunch daily which will range from 500 to 800 covers. All chefs will be serving at both services to manage portion control.

The food style is a very trendy modem British/European style with Asian flavors. All food is made fresh in house.

Sous chef role:

  • Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with brand standards

  • Lead the team in delivering an excellent guest experience

  • Training and development of the team

  • Stock control and ordering

  • Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness

  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times

  • Helping organize kitchen team shifts

The sous chef will be required to work Monday – Friday 6:00am till 16:00/18:00 as required.

Salary: £28,000
