Daily Nanny or Nanny Housekeeper Job – Didsbury Manchester
Our client is looking for an experienced Nanny or Nanny Housekeeper to take on a role looking after 2 toddlers. Mum and Dad both work full-time and run their own business so they need the help and support and consistency of a Nanny or Nanny housekeeper who can support the children with their development as well as providing general housekeeping support in the home.
The children go to nursery 3 days per week so the ideal will be for the Nanny to do wrap around care for the 3 days per week that the children are at nursery, as well as supporting with housekeeping, cleaning, shopping, and running errands when they are not at home and then for the Nanny to have sole charge of the children for the 2 days per week when they are at home.
The family can also consider a 4-day week.
Mornings are busy and the day will start at 7.00 with the Nanny getting the children up and ready for the day. On the days when they go to Nursery drop off is around 8.30 with Nursery then finishing around 4.30 / 5.00 with the Nanny doing the pickup and meeting Mum at home who will then take over childcare duties.
General duties will include:
- General nursery duties
- Cooking for the children
- Organising age-appropriate activities and trips out
- Communicating with the parents and nursery with regards to the children’s behaviours and general development
- Help with general Housekeeping, cleaning, running errands and shopping
Current First Aid, Enhanced DBS check and excellent references required.
Hours normally 7am to 5.30pm with a break in the day
Salary based on £20+ per hour (can be employed or self-employed depending on the hours worked)
