OFFICE MANAGER JOB

 

An Estate Secretary is required for an Estate Office situated in St Albans, Hertfordshire. A successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, computer and accounts literate and be highly organised. The role will be 4 to 5 days per week and will involve working alongside an established team.

 

The role will include:

  • The day-to-day running of the Estate office;

  • Providing an HR function such as drafting staff contracts and administering payroll;

  • Aiding the team in reporting and managing house maintenance issues and liaising with contractors;

  • Aiding the refurbishment programme of the house;

  • Co-ordinating the house opening and talks programme;

  • Responsibility for salvage plan and cataloguing items;

  • Finance including making payments, banking cheques and takings;

  • Providing personal secretarial duties to the family.

 

Salary - 20ph
