Live In Couples Job – Full-time Maintenance & Part-time Housekeeper – separate 3 bed cottage - £45,000 GPA +
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a couple to work on a Farm in rural Shropshire near Shrewsbury. The position is live in or live out, depending on preference, for a part time Housekeeper (10 hours per week) and a full time Maintenance person (40 hours per week) to include pet sitting to 5 dogs and 1 cat.
Duties included but not limited to:
Housekeeper
- All hands-on cleaning of the main residence and guest accommodation
- Laundry (bedding only)
- No cooking required
- Pet-sitting (non-residential)
- Help hosting guests if they are entertaining
- Around 10 hours per week over 2/3 weekday mornings although some hours would be required when assisting with hosting and pet-sitting
Maintenance Person
- Basic maintenance of properties, internally and externally
- Looking after private vehicles
- Occasional driving
- Some grounds maintenance
- 40 hours full-time Monday to Friday
Accommodation:
For those wanting to live in, there is a 3-bedroom cottage available 5 minutes from the main residence. Dependents and Pets considered. Rent free and council tax paid by the employer.
Salary:
Combined salary circa £45,000 gross per annum depending on experience
