Part time Housekeeper Job, Barnes, South West London

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and child-friendly housekeeper for a lovely family of three based in South West London. The household includes a couple and their 7-year-old daughter. The family lives in a well-maintained 100-square-metre house set over three floors.

The role is primarily housekeeping-focused, with school pick-up duties. The ideal candidate will be warm, bubbly, caring, and engaging, with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills. The client is looking for someone reliable and kind who can take initiative and maintain high standards throughout the home.

Duties to include:

  • High-standard cleaning and upkeep of the home
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Organising and tidying
  • Changing bed linen
  • School pick-ups (school based in Battersea – approximately 15 minutes by train, travel costs covered)
  • General household support and ad hoc duties as required

Nearest station: Barnes Bridge

House: 100 square metres over 3 floors

Days: 20 hours per week across Monday – Friday (flexible to Monday – Thursday)

Hours: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Salary: £20 – £21 gross per hour (PAYE or self-employment) + travel cost for school pick-ups covered
