Part time Housekeeper/Nanny Job in Bayswater, London
A new client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking an experienced, warm, and professional Housekeeper/Nanny to support them in their family home. They are looking for a kind, organised, and proactive candidate who can help maintain the home to a high standard and provide childcare support when required.
The property is a well-presented four-bedroom flat arranged over a mezzanine floor, with two bathrooms and one guest toilet. The family consists of a couple who both work from home, their home-educated teenager, and a cat.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet, and able to manage all housekeeping duties independently. They will also be flexible and happy to provide childcare support as and when needed, fitting seamlessly into the family's daily routine. Previous SEN experience would be a bonus but is not essential.
Duties will include:
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
Laundry and ironing
Making and changing bed linen
Cleaning and maintaining the bathrooms
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy (no cooking required)
Floor mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, including care for artwork
Using organic cleaning products
General household organisation and tidying
Providing childcare support when required
Other ad hoc housekeeping duties as needed
House: Four-bedroom flat over a mezzanine floor, two bathrooms, one guest toilet
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm–5:00 pm or 1:00 pm–6:00 pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
