My client who is a leading celebrity stylist with a strong presence in the fashion and entertainment industry is looking for an experienced PA to support her in the office.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an extremely experienced and competent Personal Assistant with shorthand and exemplary organizational skills. Acting as Personal Assistant, you will work closely with my client to provide administrative support. You will help him make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

As PA, you will often act as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

Tasks will include:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;

  • Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate;

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;

  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

  • Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on his behalf;

  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

  • Paying Invoices and coordinating the account and agents account

  • Cash Management

  • Book - Keeping

  • Organizing meetings and making sure he is well prepared for these;

  • Taking shorthand and producing relevant documentation;

  • Liaising with contacts, suppliers and other staff.

Skills:

In addition to relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge, you will need to show evidence of the following:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;

  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;

  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;

  • Good organizational and time management skills;

  • The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • The ability to work on your own initiative;

  • Honesty and reliability;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks;

  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

Working hours:

You will be required to work 2 mornings a week for 5 hours each day.

Work experience:

You will require a minimum of two years' relevant experience in a similar role.
