Private Chef Required – Russian Speaking, Belgravia, London
Greycoat Lumleys is seeking two experienced Private Chefs for a lovely family of four adults and two children based in Belgravia, London. The household is fully staffed.
The family is looking to appoint a Monday to Friday Private Chef and a separate Weekend Private Chef.
The Monday to Friday Private Chef will work from 8:00am to 5:00pm and will be required to start in November. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for the family and will also be required to travel with them when necessary.
A separate Weekend Private Chef is required to provide the same high standard of healthy, family-style cooking. The family is looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
The family enjoys fresh, healthy and clean cuisine and particularly enjoys Japanese, Asian, Greek and Mediterranean food. There are no specific dietary requirements; however, the family does not eat pork, and all meat purchased and prepared must be kosher.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for four adults and two children, creating varied menus in line with the family’s tastes and preferences, and sourcing and provisioning high-quality ingredients. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your working areas and managing the kitchen efficiently while working alongside the existing household team.
Russian speaking is essential for both positions. Candidates must have previous experience working as a Private Chef within a private household and should have a strong knowledge of healthy, clean and nutritious cooking. Experience preparing Japanese, Asian, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable.
The ideal candidates will be highly organised, discreet, flexible and professional, with excellent provisioning skills. You must be comfortable working within a fully staffed household. For the Monday to Friday role, you must also be willing and able to travel with the family when required.
