Pastry Chef Job High Wycombe Start ASAP
Greycoat Lumleys’ regular client is currently looking to hire a Pastry Chef to join their team on full-time basis in High Wycombe.
The Pastry Chef will join a team in an events company ran by two Michelin star chefs who organize various events, including canape or bowl food receptions, a la carte as well as afternoon tea. Dishes would include the likes of the crispy pig’s head with celeriac remoulade and spiced date sauce; cured filled of beef with pomme anna and red wine sauce or roasted Cornish Pollock with cauliflower, spiced nuts and grapes.
The Pastry Chef will be required to work alongside the other chefs in the team.
The Pastry Chef will:
Have a passion for food and for creating dishes
Have a good eye for detail
Be able to work under pressure
Have a previous experience in events or has a desire to move to events work
Michelin star or Rosette background
High end catering experience

Salary: £32 000 - £34 000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week + paid overtime
