A new Client of ours is looking for a strong junior sous Pastry chef to join their team and maintain high standards and keep the club up with the London trends and food styles consistency is key.

  • Must work as a team and support pastry kitchen brigade

  • be very creative and motivated in food trends and styles

  • Be able to produce themed products and displays throughout the year, Valentines, Easter, Halloween Christmas etc.

  • Must be able to do desserts for banqueting functions up to 100 covers or to set the dessert section ala carte daily

  • Choice of 5 day week or 4 doubles 3 days of option

  • £28k salary with internal club bonus packages and performance incentives
