A high profile restaurant is looking for a pastry sous chef:-
Working under the Head Chef, you will need to be organized, hardworking, strong and talented.
Ideally the Chef will have an excellent palate, enthusiastic for working in a close and busy team.
The right candidate needs to have previous high quality experience to a Fine Dining, Rosette or Michelin level.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the running of the section helping the junior members of the team
Working with head pastry chef to ensure the high standard, immaculate attention to detail and staying a front runner in today’s trends and style of menus and ingredients. This is a very important role suited for someone with great passion and drive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 gross per annum.
Shifts: - 6 shifts per week, 5 day week
Chef whites and shoes supplied
Overtime paid for additional shifts worked
