(43586) ASAP - Permanent chef for couple in lovely young couple in Malta.

They would like Lunch and dinner only, Monday to Friday. You will be required to cook fresh healthy and nutritious meals.

The lady of the house is a strict vegan, with a number of allergies and dietary preferences (including gluten and lactose intolerant), the gentleman is pescatarian, so they would like someone who is confident cooking fish and can make interesting and vibrant meals for both requirements. If the couple are out for dinner one evening, they would like the chef to make the most of this time to either prepare some additional healthy snacks, something for breakfast the following morning, or something for over the weekend just to have in the fridge. They are quite active and love yoga, so it is important that their food is nutrient rich and gives them energy.

They do occasionally entertain. Sometimes numbers will go up to 12 people, but rarely more.

The pair try to only eat healthy meals sourced from organic produce, and love every type of cuisine including; Indian, Lebanese, Peruvian, Thai, Japanese, raw, etc - basically anything that is healthy and nutritionally balanced.

There are other staff in the property, but they are mostly part time. They currently have gardeners, housekeepers and someone to look after the pool. there will be no additional duties outside of the kitchen for the chef.

Ideal candidate: Will have a good knowledge of nutrition. Specifically how to balance protein etc within a vegan diet. Any nutritional qualifications would be a bonus. They would also like someone with a friendly and positive demeanour. They live a healthy lifestyle and would like to employ someone who lives an active healthy lifestyle themselves.

Accommodation: NOT AVAILABLE

Salary Package: 40,000 - 50,000 Euro per annum
