Our client, a lovely family of four based in Central London, is looking for a private chef for an immediate start.
Duties will include: menu planning, preparing meals and snacks daily, meals for the staff, organisation of the kitchen and fridges, shopping and ordering of food, kitchen supplies and equipment.
The family like to eat a macrobiotic diet and enjoy both Asian fusion and Mediterranean cuisine.
The chef will be required to travel to the French Alps over the Easter break and the South of France in the summer. There will be approximately 7-10 weeks of travel per year.
Hours: 11am – 9pm Monday – Friday
Starting salary: £55,000 per annum + depending on experience
