A lovely young family of 3 (soon to be 4) are looking for a top chef to cater for them in their newly renovated house in Holland Park. This role will require a minimum of 3-4 months travelling per year to other residences, including Paris, LA, New York and the South of France (there are 14 residences in total).
They are strong believers in the ‘farm to plate’ philosophy and would like the chef to produce beautiful meals using organic, seasonal and local produce. You would need to be passionate about Mediterranean and Asian cuisines and provide gluten and lactose free options for one member of the family and vegetarian for another.
They would like the chef to be creative as well as able to follow favourite recipes inspired from best international health spa cookery books such as Chiva Som in Thailand and Como Shambala in Bali.
There is no budget restriction as they want the finest products only.
They do entertain so the chef needs to be happy to cook meals ranging from casual family dinners to high end dinner parties and events.
The right character is essential for this position; a calm demeanour, discretion and a team player is essential.
This is a live out position with accommodation provided when travelling.
