Our client, a successful property investor based in Victoria, is looking to hire a PA to support with their personal life and household.


The principal has a luxury property investment company run by a small team that operate in central London. They have a small office currently in their home and are looking to move in the coming weeks to a separate office space locally. The client frequently travels to different locations to visit family and for business so part of this role may require working remotely.


The role of the PA is to support the company director and his family in their personal lives and running of their households. The family based in London are the client and his wife and 2 children, with other family members living both locally and overseas.


The client has their home in London and a house in the South of France which each have a team of household staff.


Responsibilities of the PA

  • Diary management – organise both the personal, family and business calendars for the principal and family members.

  • Travel management – organise frequent overseas travel for the principal and their family.

  • Household Management for homes in the UK and France

    • Staff management

    • Liaise with contractors

    • Updated Maintenance schedules

    • Monitor Insurances for households, updating inventories

  • Liaise with concierge company for ad-hoc requests

  • Personal shopping

  • Events organisations – dinner parties and social events

  • Support with business administration when needed. Prepare for meetings and organise business events


Requirements of PA

  • Previous Private Household experience

  • Experience working in property investment would be ideal but not essential

  • Calm and friendly demeanour

  • Trustworthy and reliable

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Ability to work in a calm and respectful manner.

  • DBS check

  • Well-presented and excellent communication skills

  • Able to at times work under pressure


Job Specification

Full time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday role with some flexibility out of hours

Salary: Dependant on experience, flexible on salary for the right candidate

Start: ASAP
