Resort & Administrative Assistant Job in Courcevel
This role offers administrative and managerial support to the Resort Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operational running of Courchevel 1850. Predominantly back-of-house, the ideal candidate will display excellent administrative skills, as well as offering practical support to the in-chalet teams and drivers.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Resort Manager with the smooth running of resort operations.
Responsibility for all in-resort paperwork. This includes assisting in-chalet staff with the completion of their weekly paperwork, the collation and filing of all legal and HR documentation, and the countersigning and checking of all in-chalet Health and Safety documentation.
Monitoring in-chalet spends.
The order, purchase and distribution of lift passes.
Conveying all guests’ in-resort spend to the Resort Manger, to ensure correct billing.
Complete regular in-chalet spot checks and change-over day chalet checks, to maintain cleanliness, service and food quality standards, ensuring continuity throughout Kaluma’s Courchevel product.
Offer practical in-chalet support to Hosts, Chefs and Drivers when needed.
Provide cover for 2 scheduled drivers-service shifts per week (up to 16 hours) to aid resort operations in covering drivers’ days off, as well as any ad-hoc driving if needed.
The booking of any ski-schools, restaurants and ski hire, taxis or anything else required by Kaluma’s guests.
A background in high-end hospitality or hotel services, with an exacting eye for detail.
Administrative and managerial experience
UK or EU passport, a National Insurance Number, UK bank account
Full clean driving license.
