Our client, a private member’s club based in central London, is looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising service and the front of house teams in the Club’s two dining spaces, as well as the Bar and Garden.
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm & 6pm to 10pm (40 hours a week)
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum, depends on experience
We are looking for someone
Has minimum 2 years’ management experience in a fine dining environment,
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate a team
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
Fluent level of the English language, both written and verbal
Has knowledge of and interest in food and wine
Experience in a member’s club is desired but not essential
