A highly prestigious client of ours in South London is looking for a Rosette Head Chef to run and manage their fine dining kitchen and team.

The right candidate will work mostly Monday to Friday (2 to 3 splits) with weekends off (working the occasional weekend day due to functions- time back in lieu).

  • The chef will be hands on not only running the pass

  • Writing / Implementing menus

  • Training / building your own team

  • Stock rotations / daily ordering

  • Costings, budget control, targets

  • Wastage control

  • Maintaining high hygiene standards

  • Weekly stock take

  • Client facing

  • Extremely organised

  • Ideal candidate will have had 5 years minimum experience in a similar role

Hours: 50 to 55 hours a week (OT paid) a Monday to Friday’s with most weekends off unless there is a private function paid on OT hours.
