Greycoat Lumley’s new client is looking to hire a Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous chef to join their restaurant located in Wiltshire.
This brand new restaurant is a converted barn, emphasizes locally sourced and seasonal produce to create healthy delicious food. Therefore this role is ideal for someone with an interest in farm to fork ethos, and is able to work autonomously when the head chef if off. The restaurant also offers breakfast and lunch, seven days a week as well as dinners from Thursdays to Saturdays.
The restaurant has 40 covers but expands to 70 during a summer season and guests can enjoy the outside sitting area on a nice day.
The right candidate should have:
Experience in working with fresh produce
Fine dining experience is preferred
Be passionate about the food and new dish ideas
Rustic style is also preferred
In return you can expect:
Salary: between 24, 000 and 27, 000 (depending on the experience)
Working days: 5 out of 7
You will be off every 2nd to 3rd weekend
