A prestigious private members club based in Central London is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their busy team.
The role entails working close with the Executive head Chef in the provision of all catering services within the Club and the management and supervision of the kitchen staff.
The right candidate can expect:
Salary: £33, 000 to £38,000 plus staff fund
Start date: October 2018
Hours/days: Monday to Friday -split shifts 4 ½ day week (45.5 hours total); working 1 weekend per month.
The right Senior Sous Chef will:
Work closely with the Executive Head chef, ensuring the continuity of all daily activities
Oversee day- to – day management
Assisting is producing menus
Manage and maximise the efficient and effective use of staff
