Shoot Chef required for client in Shaftsbury between the months of 19th September to January 22nd.
The ideal candidate will have will have had experience in cooking for VIP shoot guests, have a bit of flair and experiment with game dishes.
The chef will be required to cater for between 9 and 18 guests.
Dinner when the guns arrive is a more formal affair, 3 or 4 course, prior to the shoot the next day and is usually at around 8pm to 9pm start.
Breakfast is at around 8am – 9am, comprising fruit platters, croissants, and cooked options in a buffet style.
Elevenses are to be prepared for the shoot and then Lunch is usually just two courses and is at around 3.30-4pm when the guns shoot through.
