Private Chef Job for Christmas Eve, Buckinghamshire

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a one-day Christmas Eve booking for a private household of 12 guests.
Nibbles are to be served at 16:00, followed by dinner at 17:00.
The menu will be a traditional Christmas dinner of turkey, roast potatoes, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts with bacon, carrots, parsnips and gravy, followed by a chocolate Yule Log.
The chef must have previous private household or high-end catering experience, with excellent standards of hygiene and a strong understanding of food safety and cross-contamination.
An Enhanced DBS is essential for this position.
We are looking for someone professional, reliable and confident delivering a polished service within a private household.
