A 5* hotel in Brighton is looking for a Sous Chef within their Brasserie Restaurant. The restaurant serves with flare and skill, mixing French style with generous British portion sizes and morden American and Asian influences.
The ideal candidate must be confident, have 5 star hotel experience and able to cover all sectors with great management skills.
The Sous Chef role is vital in the overall success of the kitchen team so we are looking for a Sous Chef who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience as we are.
