We have a Sous Chef Job for a party design and event catering company based in SW London. The company prides itself on their creativity and today’s modern bespoke food.

  • The Sous Chef will be working very closely with the Executive Chef to come up with new ideas.

  • The Sous Chef will be highly organised and creative, as well as having strong communication skills.

  • As well as the tasting kitchen, the Sous Chef will be working at the events.

  • They will have a strong personality to fit in well with the existing team, and be capable of managing a group of staff for events.

  • London’s top event sites knowledge is a must.

  • The candidate will need to work well in a team.

  • Creating a good relationship with the head chef and Sous chefs is essential.

  • The right candidate will be creative.

  • Reliability, flexibility with hours, a hard working attitude and proactivity and highly organised are all key characteristics for candidates in this role.

  • Sous Chef who already has the necessary experience, or a Jnr Sous, who is looking for the next step up.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, with evenings and weekends when required, which are paid at overtime.

  • Salary: £27,000-£30,000 on a 40 hour week gross per annum basic, overtime is paid after 40 hours

  • Package: 20 days holiday for the first two years, and then one day for every year that they have worked up to 30 days.
