This role will be for the tasting part of the kitchen. The Sous Chef will be working very closely with the Executive Chef to come up with new ideas and to work through everything with the clients. The Sous Chef will be highly organised and creative, as well as having strong communication skills. As well as the tasting kitchen, the Sous Chef will be working at the events. They will have a strong personality to fit in well with the existing team, and be capable of managing a group of staff for events.
