An exclusive hotel in the Scottish Highlands is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to join their 3 AA Rosette kitchen. The restaurant is internationally recognised and is regularly voted as one of the best in Scotland.
The kitchen team are ambitious and so they need a Sous Chef who shares these ambitions. You will be working with the very best ingredients to create classical French dishes with a modern Scottish twist.
As the Sous Chef you will be a key player in ensuring that the very highest standards are maintained at all times. You will need to be passionate and creative while maintaining a calm head even when under pressure.
Duties will include
Supporting the Head Chef and deputising in his absence
Coaching more junior members of the kitchen team
Overseeing all sections to ensure consistent quality
Contributing to menu design
