Our client, a fine dining restaurant based in Mayfair London, is looking for an experienced sous chef. You will be responsible for supervision of the kitchen operation while setting and maintaining high standard dishes. You will working alongside the head chef, leading a team of around 17 staffs.
The working hours are 4 days on, 3 days off, 7 to 8 shifts each week.
Salary: £28k to £30k per annum, plus incentive (around £5k)
Starting date: ASAP
