Greycoat Lumleys’ client is looking for a Sous Chef for the relaunch of a fine dining restaurant at Prestigous Hotel in Perthshire.
The hotel is Located just one hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The new fine dining restaurant celebrates classic Franco-Scottish cuisine and the culinary theatre of traditional gueridon service and the lively fine dining experiences of the 1920s and 30s.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team in a beautifully refurbished space, and play a pivotal role in this exciting new chapter of the hotel’s history.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and innovative professional Chef.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior chef within either 5* Hotel or a high end quality dining experience is essential.
You will be creative and highly organised with a career that demonstrates a good track record of progression and stability within the roles you have held.
You will have or want to gain experience within a 2 and 3 Rosette quality driven environment.
The suitable candidate must have:
Experience as a senior Chef in a busy kitchen environment, catering for large parties
Elementary Food Hygiene or equivalent
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Days & Hours: Full time hours
Accommodation: En- Suite Bedroom available for the first 6 months
