Reporting to: Global Head of HR


Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition to join the team. You will be expected to:-


  • Have proven experience and help support the Global Head of HR in the following areas:

  • Manage the complete recruitment and selection process

  • Support Head of Family Office, Global Head of HR and House Manager with staff development, engagement and motivation strategies to increase staff retention rates

  • Assist to implement and develop HR strategies to support the business Implement, oversee probation and performance appraisals

  • Run weekly audits of compliance at the clients’ property, meet the team and be the main contact person in HR in London

  • Assist with training needs, programs and health & safety matters in conjunction with engineering

  • Assist with management and employee relations in regard to grievance, disciplinary procedures and legal compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements

  • Assist with pensions scheme questions

  • Audit/regular controls of absence/sickness levels

  • Creation, implementation and updating of staff handbook Assistance to Global Head of HR in payroll management

  • Maintain the HR database and systems and the ongoing streamlining of current processes.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: The HR Manager is expected to have worked at the highest level of service either within their industry and it would be an advantage if they have experience of working within a private house for UHNWI, but this is not essential.


The HR Manager is expected to work in partnership with the other members of the House Management team and Family Office to help deliver the highest level of operational performance.


Should be educated to a degree level and be able to demonstrate a wide range of skills and knowledge within your respective discipline.


You are expected to keep updated on legislation and future changes as UK will exit the EU, and what that will mean to us as a business.


Must have a valid DBS & driving license.

  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.


ADDITIONAL NOTES: This is a demanding and high-pressure role running a private estate at highest level. Readiness to travel when required.


SALARY: from GBP 60.000.- annual gross onwards (depending on profile), work place pension.


This position can also be for someone self-employed with a service agreement contract.
