The client of Greycoat Lumleys, the Private Members' Club, is looking for a Casual / Temporary Chef de Partie to work with them when the club is busy.
The client has a kitchen of about eight permanent Chefs, plus temporary ones when it is required.
They supply food for the restaurant (fifty covers), a function room and also two private dining rooms.
The menu is a la carte in the restaurant and fine dining across the board. The emphasis is on seasonal produce, and British produce is very much promoted within the club. Lunch and dinner served from Monday to Friday, with breakfast only served on Saturdays.
The Chef de Partie will be required to work alongside the three other Chefs de Partie in the team. The Chef de Partie will have a passion for food, and for creating dishes with the seasonal, British produce supplied.
The right candidate will be creative and have a great palate, and a good eye for detail.
The Chef de Partie should be able to work with volume but be able to keep the quality.
Pay: £12 p/h
