A warm, down-to-earth high-net-worth couple are seeking an experienced and proactive Domestic Couple to support the smooth running of their private homes across Europe and the Isle of Man. This is a varied travelling position, ideal for a reliable, hands-on couple who enjoy autonomy, take pride in high standards, and are comfortable moving between beautiful seasonal locations.
The principals, who are in their early 60s, enjoy skiing, golf, travel and relaxed entertaining. Their lifestyle is informal rather than overly formal, and they value discretion, trust, initiative and a genuinely caring approach from their private staff.
The Properties
Winter: Val d’Isère, France — a ski chalet during the winter season.
Spring, part of summer and autumn: Algarve, Portugal — an exceptional beachfront property.
Occasional stays: Isle of Man — a large private residence.
There may be times outside the above framework where the principals travel to a different location
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day household management and operations across the principals’ residences.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards with strong attention to detail.
Prepare good-quality, home-style meals to a confident household cook standard; Michelin-level plating is not required.
Carry out grocery shopping, household errands and general provisioning.
Ensure each property is guest-ready, occasionally travelling ahead of the principals to prepare the home.
Manage third-party contractors, suppliers and maintenance visits.
Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, bookings and household arrangements.
Support airport runs and driving duties as required.
Work independently, using initiative to anticipate needs and keep each household running smoothly.

Proactive, organised and confident working with minimal supervision.
Warm, caring and service-minded, with a calm and flexible approach.

Strong teamwork skills, with each person able to take ownership of their responsibilities while supporting one another.
Good practical judgement and the ability to liaise confidently with contractors and suppliers.
