Our VVIP client in Doha is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and academically exceptional Full-Time Tutor & Mentor for her family in Qatar. This discreet role involves overseeing the holistic academic journey and personal development of two high-school boys (Grade 12 and Grade 10) who are at completely different academic stages.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Oversight: Serve as the central point of contact for the students' academic ecosystems. Monitor classes, track grades, manage daily schedules, and anticipate upcoming deadlines or exams.
Senior Mentorship (Grade 12): Provide strategic guidance for a student balancing university applications and commitments as a competitive athlete. Develop high-impact strategies to maximise his GPA, ensure punctual submission of assignments, and support coursework in English, Environmental Science, Applied Mathematics, and Middle Eastern Studies.
Academic Intervention (Grade 10): Deliver intensive academic support and close supervision for the younger student. Instil fundamental study habits, foundational learning strategies, and robust time-management techniques to rapidly improve his academic performance.
Reporting: Maintain clear, concise communication with the family, providing updates on progress, milestones, and strategic adjustments.
Candidate Requirements
Academic Excellence: A strong degree from a leading university. Exceptional competence across high-school Mathematics, English, and general sciences is required.
Mentorship Capabilities: Proven experience moving beyond rote tutoring into executive function coaching, confidence-building, and organizational development.
Adaptability: The pedagogical versatility to push a university-bound high-achiever while providing structured, patient intervention for a student needing foundational support.
Professional Discretion: Complete commitment to absolute privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries within a high-profile household.
Verbally verifiable References: Imperative that references can be verified, and of excellent quality

Highly competitive, tax-free salary of between 32,000 and 35,000 QAR (£6,500 to £7,500) DOE net per month (with 13th month bonus payment, if taken on full time)
