This role is an on-going freelance position for a VIP client in Hampstead. Working for a client who has a chef Monday to Friday mostly. They occasionally have busy weekends, so would like to have someone they can call on regularly for this (booking as far in advance as possible). The chef may also be required to cater for occasional holidays and work trips in Mykonos and Ireland. It is likely the client may look to book you over the Christmas period!
This role is very much for a nutritional chef. The client’s favourite restaurants include The Farmnacy, Spring and High Mood Food to name a few. They do not eat solely vegetarian cuisine, it is more the style of food that it is light, fresh and beautifully presented with edible flowers and delicate plating.
There are health guide lines to follow provided by a nutritionist on a regular basis.
Sourcing ingredients is easy as there are excellent suppliers on Hampstead high street. The chef must also keep the fridge well stocked with fresh items to encourage the client to prepare something for themselves at weekends.
The chef needs to be health food conscious, into clean eating and must get to know the clients favourite dishes to help plan ahead - the full time chef will also help you with this and show you their style of food as the client is very happy with her. This is an easy job for the right chef with good organisational skills and it is an amazing opportunity to work for a superstar!
Salary: Around £30 per hour depending on experience
