An Assistant Operations Manager role to the General Manager for a high end business in the Tarentaise Valley

 

A luxury operator are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate in the alpine industry. Directly reporting to the General Manager, you’ll have a key role in maintaining all aspects of seasonal operations.

 

A suitable position for someone who’s looking to make their mark on the luxury side of the alpine market. You’ll have high standards which you’ll be tasked with passing onto new and existing staff within the company. This is a seasonal position with an emphasis on the right candidate being permanent.

 

Liaising with different departments within the business based your main responsibilities will include

  • Staff Compliance

  • Staff training

  • Product management

  • Staff management

  • Resort set up / close down

  • Supplier liaison

  • Accounts

  • Recruitment

 

Ideally you’ll have the following skills and experience;

  • French spoken

  • Luxury management / Operational experience (Yacht, Private household, Commercial, Alpine)

  • Accounts

  • Set up and close down of resorts/chalets

  • Supplier liaison including Food suppliers, tradespeople, Logisitics

  • Recruitment

  • Property Management

  • Previous experience in 5* establishments
