Greycoat Lumleys’ client is a Luxury Country House Hotel over-looking Windermere in the Lake District. They are looking for a Breakfast Chef for the 32 bedroom 4 red star hotel, the kitchen has recently been renovated and they are very focused on using local ingredients and giving guests the best possible quality. This is a superb opportunity to work in one of the area’s top hotels committed to developing their staff and have a more family friendly work/life balance.
Duties to include:-
Preparing a serving breakfast for up to 70 guests
Assisting with prep for Lunch and Dinner service
Orders and stock rotation
Ensuring food safety and HAACP standards are kept
Minimising food wastage and maintaining GPs
Must have experience in a similar standard hotel, must be flexible and willing to help out on all sections after breakfast service is finished.
Accommodation: Available close proximity to the hotel
Working days: 5 days per week (including Saturday and Sunday)
