Our client is seeking a Breakfast Chef for a trendy and busy café with an open space kitchen in one of the most upcoming areas of South East London
The Café menu is all about good, wholesome food, which is fresh and simple to prepare so our ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker.
You will be working closely with the executive chef and Head Chef delivering fresh and signature dishes.
The role consists of shifts 6 am - 4 pm, four to five days per week, possibly extending to 5 pm if we need extra prep undertaken.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the café/brunch kitchen, you will need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a calm attitude in the open space kitchen.
You will have excellent communication skills, and able to deliver the highest quality customer service.
You will have an excellent understanding of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Allergen Control Policies
Salary: £12-£13 per hour + holiday pay
