Chef – Espace Killy, French Alps

This role demands experienced chefs who have the capability of delivering the highest standards of 5* hospitality. It will suit those who are passionate about their food and want to stay in the top end of luxury service.


You’ll be in full control of all catering aspects of your chalet. From tailored menu designs to provisioning and costings. This will require chefs to draw on all their experience to deliver a high quality bespoke service.


Your responsibilities;

  • Menu Design

  • Costings & stock control

  • Guest Liaison – Ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences are met daily

  • Breakfast, Afternoon tea including fresh breads

  • Five course evening meals

  • Adhoc catering requests for special events

  • Maintain extremely high levels of Hygiene a cleanliness throughout

Character profile;

  • Worked within Michelin or Rosette rated restaurants

  • Specialise in different types of cuisine

  • Good team work ethic

  • Maintain themselves to the highest standards

  • Good communicator

  • Eu/Uk Passport/work visa

Given the experience required; Salaries and remuneration packages are negotiable dependent on your experience.

The business has a multitude of chalets in the heart of the Espace killy as such chefs will be flexible in their ability to cater between in a range of different teams.
