In a Luxury market where guest and staff satisfaction are top priorities, this company manages its properties with a manager per chalet.


This position will require using your own initiative as well as adhering to guidelines and training given throughout. A great opportunity to further your management skills and understanding of the industry in the luxury sector.

Main responsibilities;

  • Ensuring cleanliness, Meal Service, Accounts and Guest Satisfaction are kept to the companies high standard

  • First point of contact for chalet guests

  • Deliver the unique pre departure concierge services.

  • Be proactive in your approach to weekly bookings, ensuring that guests are looked after and your team is preforming to company standards.

  • Liaise with Resort management and head office for effective and efficient problem resolutions

  • Handle cash and card transactions for guest purchases in resort

  • Complete all chalet paperwork

  • Work to set budgets

  • Continuous staff training

  • Hands on Housekeeping



  • Previous experience within the High end hospitality environments; Alpine/Yacht/Private household/High end Corporate

  • Seasonal experience within similar position in relevant resorts is highly regarded

  • Passionate about Alpine culture

  • Strong work ethic

  • UK or EU passport, a National Insurance Number, UK bank account

  • Full clean driving license
