A client of ours - a charming quality-focused gastropub in the heart of Fulham – is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The gastropub is a modern independent dining space serving some of the best food in the area. Their menu changes regularly and uses the best of each season.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to develop their career and skills within an established brand under a forward-thinking head chef and team. They work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce and are looking for an organised, responsible and motivated Chef de Partie with a positive and friendly attitude to assist in the general running of the kitchen.
You will ideally have experience in quality-focused kitchens and/or Rosette and Michelin-starred restaurants but thorough training will also be provided.

Salary: £32,000 GPA - £34,000, depending on experience
Start: They are flexible to accommodate a range of start dates - there is no requirement for an immediate start
