Chef de Partie
Greycoat Lumleys’ client is a stunning boutique hotel in a coastal Highland town. They are looking for a Chef de Partie for their intimate 3 AA Rosette restaurant. This is a superb opportunity to work in a privately owned hotel committed to developing their staff and with a very experienced management team. You will also get the chance to work with some of the best ingredients in Scotland and help push a restaurant which already has an excellent reputation towards more accolades.
Duties to include:-
Daily prep and setting up of sections
Working with the Head and Sous Chefs to develop skills and techniques
Orders and stock rotation
Ensuring food safety and HAACP standards are kept
Cleaning down kitchen after service
Must have experience in a high end fine dining environment with a focus on local and seasonal produce. As it is a tight knit brigade the candidate must be an excellent team player and able to cover all sections. Must have a real passion for quality ingredients and service and a desire to learn and improve.
