A client of ours - a superb village pub in the South West of England - is currently looking for a Chef de Partie, and chefs from all levels, to join their team. This is a newly renovated and refurbished pub and is open in all its glory! The pub is part of the village life and is known as well as a destination pub with walkers and foodies alike. Offering excellent accommodation and delicious food, this is another fantastic place in the ever-growing buzz of the South West. The Chef de Partie would work very closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare amazing food a day-to-day basis and maintaining the Rosettes that they already have!

You:
- Find passion in what you do and creating food
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Enjoy cooking
- Love working as part of a team
- Have an eye for detail and are confident in what you do
- Are positive and enthusiastic about the role
The role:
- Producing rosette quality food for lunches and dinners, following the Head Chef’s directions
- Working all year round to produce seasonal dishes, with locally sourced produce
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Essential skills/experience:
- 1+ year of experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for food
- Health & safety protocols
- Allergens’ awareness
- Attention to detail
Specifications:
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 GPA + accommodation at a very low cost.
- Start: ASAP.
- Location: South West of England.
