An Exclusive Private Members’ Club in the heart of London are looking for a Chef de Rang to join their Front of House team. The Club has over 5000 members and boasts 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiards room and extensive libraries. We are looking for a highly personable Chef de Rang, passionate about delivering only 5 Star Service.



About the Role:

  • A full-time role working 40 hours per a week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends and public holidays with last orders at 9:30pm.

  • You will be involved in the day to day running of the Coffee Room, carrying out daily tasks for breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • You will be responsible for briefing all waiting staff before each service to make sure all staff aware of items on the menu, and any special requests.

  • You will be responsible for explaining dishes to menus, and guests.

  • You will need to ensure that all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and Allergen Control Procedures are followed

  • You will have experience in a Five Star Restaurant environment, and have a friendly customer-focused demeanor, passionate about delivering Five Star Service at all times.

  • You will thrive in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same.

  • You will have a passion for hospitality, and always smiling.

  • Be reliable, professional and an excellent team player.

  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
