Private Sous Chef Job in Kensington
Working days: 5 days per week (most weekends will be included)
Hours: 7am - 3pm (with flexibility)
Salary: Dependent on experience
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside their existing Head Chef in their private home in Kensington. You will work 5 days per week which will likely include most weekends. The family are two adults and three children and you will also cook for a number of staff.
The family tend to eat a very healthy, clean diet - no sugar, low salt etc and only use the best suppliers. The Chef must be versitile and be able to prepare and execute and wide range of different cuisines. You will primarily work the early shift so will do breakfast on your own and then lunch with the Head Chef. You must be able to cover for the Head Chef when he is not there and work on your own.
The family have established connections with suppliers and only use the best ingredients. They would like someone who can start as soon as possible and it is essential that you have proven private household experience.
