Christmas Chef job for 10 guests 24th – 26th of December.
Christmas Eve client is open for menu suggestions although like the idea of a curry.
Christmas Eve Client would like to have traditional Christmas Turkey with all of the trimmings. Finishing with traditional Christmas pudding and mince pies. The chef must be able to make a béarnaise sauce.
Boxing Day client is open for suggestions.
