We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef for a private household in Mayfair to cater for a family of 4 on a full-time basis.
The Chef must be able to work around the strict dietary requirements of the family, create and craft recipes around plant based, healthy & clean cooking using the best seasonal ingredients; organic, vegan & raw to name a few.
The family enjoys a variety of international cuisines, ranging from Japanese to Mexican, Middle Eastern, Thai, and contemporary European, all at a Michelin star level. Menus must be exciting and varied in style, innovation and creativity. A special focus on light, fresh & clean flavours is paramount. Presentation is expected to be creative and appealing without being overly fussy.
The chef will be required to cook breads, cakes, cookies, snacks, creative healthy snacks to the family preferences of gluten, dairy free/vegan etc.
The Head Chef will be also responsible for the daily administration of the kitchen, including health & safety, hygiene regulation, food stock management, provisioning and requisitions, department inventory and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene back of house.

It is a family of 4 but they often have the grandparents visit and parties of up to 20-25 people.
You will be required to travel with the family on various holidays, this is an essential requirement.
Salary £70K+ GPA
