A lovely family is looking for Temporary Cook/Chef, in Dochgarroch Lodge.
It will be Live In role for 7 days.
You will be working as Cook, carrying out all Cooking duties.
Your Duties to include:
-Cook Organic Food
Breakfast - between 8.30am and 10.30am, leave for the river/hill/somewhere around 11am with packed lunches.
Lunch – picnics by river/on hill etc.
Dinner – around 8.30/9pm
Approx numbers (with some comings and goings): 14 (no children any more, our youngest is now aged 18!)
Special diets: None
Dinner parties: we will probably have 2 dinner parties, inviting 4-6 in addition to the numbers above. When we have dinner parties, the 20 year olds will help serve up and clear.
Other thoughts: generally we like to buy organic food. The style of food we like is Ottolenghi/River Cafe/Anna Jones etc. I have a list of suggested menus for lunches, children’s suppers and dinners which I can forward more as a guide to what we like rather than anything else.
This is a great role for someone who is positive and has experience in private household cooking.
