A client from Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a strong chef for a seasonal placement, May till November 2022.

This could develop into a long term position. It will be based in Scotland, near Tongue (2 hours north of Inverness)

 You will cook for a 7 bedroom lodge, this is exclusively hired by UHNW clients.

 8-12 guests usually, anything from minimum 2 night stay, most stays 1 week

This is a fully serviced lodge, very high standard similar to a small hotel

You will work 5 days per week. Holidays paid at end of season.

Accommodation is provided which is live in shared staff house.

Prep breakfast, light / packed lunch, afternoon tea and 3 course set dinner.

The style of cooking is seasonal local farm to table style menus

Salary: £3,000 per month
